With the design direction established, we refine all drawings and visuals for final approval. Materials, finishes, and key details are resolved. At this stage, the project is fully defined, documented, and ready for execution.

We manage the build as the single point of oversight, coordinating consultants and timelines while safeguarding design intent, build quality, and craftsmanship.

05. Completion & Handover
Inspections and defect checks ensure the space is delivered as intended. We guide you through the completed home and remain available for post-completion support under our after-service warranty.
